Why it matters
Hiring teams spend their days on admin, not on people. Reading resumes, scheduling calls, sending follow-ups, and chasing rejections eats the hours that should go to actually securing good candidates. The work is repetitive, and it scales badly the moment a role gets popular.
Aria runs the whole loop. It screens CVs against your criteria, conducts a voice interview with questions tuned to the role and the candidate, scores the transcript, and books the final round or sends the rejection. Everything lands in Airtable. Recruiters get a clean summary with strengths and red flags, and their time goes back to judgment calls.
The problem
Hiring teams drown in repetitive admin work, wasting time on resumes, scheduling, and follow-ups instead of securing top talent.
How it works
Candidate applies via an Airtable form, uploads a CV, and chooses a call preference (agent calls them, or they call in).
An analyst agent filters the CV against criteria and assigns a score.
If they pass and chose to call in, they get a congratulations email with the number to call Aria whenever ready.
If they pass and chose to be called, Aria places the call to start the HR interview.
During the interview Aria asks general questions (salary, notice period) plus dynamic questions tied to the job description and the candidate's CV and projects.
After the call, a second analyst agent analyzes and scores the transcript.
If they pass the interview, they get a Calendly link to book the final round, and the recruiter gets a summary with red flags and strengths.
If they fail, they receive a rejection email.
All details, scores, and interview data are stored in Airtable for complete tracking.
