Two agents built for an events and conference company: an Outreach Agent for personalized outreach at scale and a Recommendation Agent that surfaces relevant suggestions from profile data.
Why it matters
Filling a conference depends on two jobs that both fall apart when done by hand: reaching the right speakers, partners, and attendees, and recommending the right sessions or contacts to each of them. Done manually, outreach is slow and generic, and recommendations come down to whoever happens to know the profiles best.
We built two agents for it. An Outreach Agent runs personalized contact at scale, so volume no longer means copy-paste. A Recommendation Agent surfaces relevant suggestions from profile data, so every attendee gets guidance tuned to them. Both were put through QA before going live. The events team keeps the relationships and hands off the repetition.
