Privacy

We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. This site sets no cookies of its own. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us — a form submission or a booked call — plus aggregate, anonymous traffic counts.

The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your company, what you are interested in, and a description of your project. We use it to reply and to scope the work. There is no account to create and nothing is required beyond a name, email, and message.

If you book a call, the booking widget collects your name, email, and the time you pick so we can both be in the same place at the same time.

If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence in our mailbox and phone records in the ordinary way.

Our host records standard server logs for every request, including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user agent. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or errors.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages are read and how quickly they load. Both are cookieless and aggregate: they do not use a persistent identifier, do not follow you across other websites, and do not give us data about any individual visitor. That is why you are not being asked to accept cookies on this site.

Our fonts are bundled and served from our own domain rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited.

We keep the stack deliberately small. These are the only outside services involved, and each has its own privacy policy:

Vercel

Hosts the site and records request logs. Also provides the privacy-friendly analytics described below.

Web3Forms

Delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. It receives whatever you type into the form.

Cal.com

Powers the booking widget on the contact page. If you book a call, it receives your name, email, and chosen time.

Unsplash

Serves some images. Your browser requests them directly, which exposes your IP address and user agent to Unsplash.

hCaptcha

Used only if a spam challenge appears on the contact form. It analyses signals from your browser to tell humans from bots.

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we are talking, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records — for an enquiry that does not become a project, that is normally no more than two years. Server logs and analytics are short-lived and are retained by our host on its own schedule. Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email saadansari4334@gmail.com and we will handle it — no special form, no fee.

Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights, such as under the UK or EU GDPR, including the right to object to processing, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We honour these requests regardless of whether they are legally required in your case.

We operate from Lahore, Pakistan, and the services listed above are largely based in the United States and Europe. Contacting us therefore involves your information being transferred across borders and stored outside your own country.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we add a service or change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the thing to watch.
